Q What type of chocolate is it?

Our chocolate is Milk chocolate and is made in the UK to a high quality recipe.

The 35g bar measures 110mm x 50mm

Q Does the chocolate contain nuts?

Yes, it is possible that all our chocolate could contain traces of nuts.

Q What is the minimum and maximum order?

There is no minimum order.

Q How much notice is required when placing orders?

We would ideally require 14 days notice from the placing of the order, to

delivering the chocolate. However we understand that things happen last

minute, so call us as we may be able to accommodate you.

Q How long does the chocolate last for?

Our chocolate bars have up to 6 months shelf life.

Q Can any image be added to the wrapper?

Only images that we have permission to print will be used on the wrappers.

We are able to accept most file formats. Some images scale and print better than others;

we would discuss this with you.

Q Can the text be written in a language other than English?

Yes, in most cases. Again, we would discuss at the point of ordering.

Q What happens if I cancel my order?

We require payment at the time of ordering, as each order is unique. Depending on

where we are at in processing the order, a part refund may be given, but this would be discussed at the time. We will also take you off our Christmas card list! (Just joking)
